PROPOSAL PHASE

Email drawings to office@nwrsrq.com that you would like to have quoted providing the roof types that the owner is interested in. We can offer quotes on multiple materials to compare and determine what roofing type best fits the project.

Our goal is to provide quotes within 5 business days; however, New Construction can take a little longer to review the drawings. Please inform us of your deadline and we will do our best to get it back to you in a timely manner.
CONTRACT PHASE

All approved contracts must be signed along with deposit and roofing material choices confirmed.

We will email the appropriate FL product approvals to be included onsite with your permit package.

Invite us to be the roofing subcontractor on your permit.

Submittal packages will be sent upon request.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Please keep us informed of the planned project schedule and changes.

Email office@nwrsrq.com 2 weeks prior with your planned sheathing inspection date. We will schedule a tentative date to dry-in the following day. A crew will be sent after confirmation that the sheathing inspection has passed.

Drip edge and wall flashings can be installed with the underlayment or scheduled later if the job is not ready for trim.

Notify us when roof penetrations have been made, so we can seal the openings. When all roof penetrations are completed, we will schedule the material delivery and begin the roof installation.

Roof dry-in and in-progress inspection are typically scheduled together when the roof is 30-50% installed.

Warranty or closeout package available upon request after completion.
